There will be a free drink and canapes on arrival
Dinner will be served at 8pm with entertainment from the Guildford School of Acting at 7.45pm.
Please aim to be at the hotel between 7 and 7.30 pm
We have booked a bus which will be leaving Manor Park accommodation at precisely 7pm. The bus will leave from the entrance of Surrey Sports Park see maps
This bus is free but operating on a strictly first come first served basis – there is a sign up sheet at reception. If you wish to use the bus from Manor Park please aim to be there by 6.45pm
The Hotel is in central Guildford and can be easily walked to from the main Stag Hill campus and the town centre. Alternatively, there are several taxi and bus services
